About Dr. Crowe
I am a recent Coloradoan, having previously lived in Austin, Atlanta, and Nashville. I was always drawn to the idea of being a therapist, so I majored in Psychology as an undergraduate at The University of Georgia. I then pursued a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin, completed my predoctoral internship at the Atlanta VA Medical Center, and completed my postdoctoral residency at the Tennessee Valley Veterans Healthcare System. Over the course of my training, I worked in community counseling centers, inpatient psychiatric units, and various VA clinics.
I love being a psychologist because it allows me to establish meaningful connections with people that I might not otherwise know. It is a privilege to be let in on peoples’ inner worlds and to be a source of support and guidance as people seek to live fulfilling lives.
I work with adults to make changes across a wide range of concerns and problems, and you can read more about my general approach to therapy here. Additionally, I specialize in treating trauma and in couples therapy.
